Interface Design
These are for published flash games that are accessible online.

Icons
The icon designs are created for various applications.
These include character designs which were later animated to be used in published flash games, interactive items in the online virtual world, "WetVille" and feats that are displayed on individual profile pages for the game portal site, "WetGenes".
Game Level Design
These include level designs that were created in ProMotion first before applying a graphical overlay and in-game illustrated scenes that are used for published flash games.
Illustrations
These are created for various applications that include private commissions, independant collectives, static intermission screens for published flash games, backgrounds for the virtual world, "WetVille" and the odd webcomic or three.
Prints
These are high resolution outputs of brand identity, packaging and overall graphic design for personal clientele and tangible byproducts of published flash games.

Gojirama is a simple typing game that I was requested to developed as a contribution for the zine, Red Letter Day Zine.
The game is included with the zine as a seperate CD ROM that you could play offline.
The graphics were all made in a day to make the deadline.
These are character designs that are playable in the game.
You have the options of being Gojira and the zine owner herself, Peijira.

The title screen was designed to resemble vintage japanese creature feature posters.
The main character, Gojira, is animated to stomp heavily in the background.
All sound effects were created by yours sincerely with additional voice support by the zine creator when her character is chosen.

ItsaCoop is an online multiplayer pictionary-like game.
I designed the interface to resemble a retro graphics application.
This includes brush sizes, brush opacity, drawing tools, random shapes and a colour palette.

Previous designs proved to be too complicated for the online audience so a decision was made to redesign the interface to be simplified, non-intrusive and friendly.
Great care was taken to minimized the focus on words like "login" as "sign up" as these were viewed negatively by the gaming audience.

rgbtd0 is a an attempt at redefining the tower defense game genre and observing the response of association with popular keywords.
There is an obvious lack of gameplay associated with the genre. It is commonly known that most, if not all, tower defense games are "Grind Games".
We have basically used the mechanics of pathway finding and merged it with puzzle that randomises everyday to make the genre refreshing and challenging which is apparent from the highscore leaderboard.
I have designed the title screen to include a random title generator that refreshes and randomises each time you reload the game. This has provoked the gaming audience to suggest their own versions to be included in the randomiser.

RomZom is a graphics intensive horror point&click EFTR (escape from the room) game.
I was given the opportunity to flex my illustrative capabilities with this project.
From most of the flash games floating around, it was clear the genre was lacking in the visual department and I saw this as my chance to change that.
A short sequence of illustrations is shown before the game starts to initiate the gamer into the plot. The music was composed in keeping with the theme of children's stories and carnivals to hopefully, lull them into a false sense of security.

The response from the game was overwhelming. It was very well received on
lazylaces.com with users asking for the next one, users being terrified of the eerie atmosphere of the game and users just basically hating the game because the game would not load for them.
