i tried and i achieved. well, a rather simple javascript with super collision detection workies. it uses divs with coloured backgrounds instead of images so it renders better.

at first i used two images of a box and a ball. since it was my first js, i thought i'd pop the cherry by following the tradition of making a bouncing ball. that was simple pah-cheesy so i tried 2 balls and made them collide and bounce off each other and off the walls of the box. then it got unnerving because embedded images don't render too good with dhtml. so i killed all images and replaced them with coloured divs. then i thought, heck, why not make many collisions in that box.

this became hours of searching on the net for reference since it was tedious typing in the codes for each element. thanks to the doctor, who gave me a headstart, i got personal with arrays and variables. how obscene. i know it's nothing but it's my first javascript ever from 'scratch'.

no, don't look at Kriss, the fuckin elegant mansize brain.

it's all random math for the bouncing position so each page refresh creates a different direction for the balls to spew forth.

i seem to have done somewhat a workin beta of this here font thingy but it's not perfect, seeing that there are no numbers. Yet. And you need to press the spacebar 3 times unless you want wordstoreadlikethis. Still, it was hella fun and gives me the courage, yes you read that right bubba, courage to try and kreate better ones. Preferably with a working spacebar function and maybe, numbers. Oooh yea.

Lilu has inspired me to do more fonts. i'll be experimenting mostly with random shapes cut out from boxes of grids. i am fond of that technique so much so i apply it to my reality. i can't wait to work with her on her upcoming project. lushness.

Another attempt at another game. it seems the original idea supplied by Kriss confused me, cause you know, i like to complicate things when it's just as it is.

This idea was scraped as soon as it was made. So instead, i've decided to make this monstars into the fonts for lilu since the very characters were molded after her. :)

i've been sorta experimenting with Pro Motion these couple days. Kriss asked me to create some graphics for his second retro game shite so i made some crappy pixel body parts. yes, laugh at my attempt. laugh, damn yeee!

The end result did not do justice to the game at all so the initial idea of abstract shapes is being used instead.

Another midnight call. illustrator still doesn't allow me to do what thy wilt so i am reduced to being productive in other ways, including drowning half my head in bleach and this little number. yes, i am aware it's not a success but i'm working on it. maybe.

sue me for wanting to fit everything within a 3x3 grid. no, wait, don't.

illustrator keeps quitting on me. This, somehow, is influencing my motivation when it shouldn't at all. Should it? So far, i've done the 'cover' piece of the shite but now i have to make the actual frames. Goddamnitall.


in better news, i've been asked to join a collective to create some sorta comic. Well, this is not the first but one of many. Still, it's a huge ass compliment when it happens. i just hope i don't fuck this up, like most things i do.

Am not too happy with the scribblings i did for geekchow but Kriss seems alright with it. Altho, he usually seems alright with anything really. Bah. Maybe i'll change or add to it later. Maybe.

The bachelor thingy is doing well i think. i'm lovin the way it looks.

At first, i didn't know how or what Kriss wanted when he said what he wanted but so far, i'm seeing the vision and agree that it is rather 'rad'.

i'm also given the go to put shite in it just cause i can fuck it up so the more i likes it. Hee hee. :P
